Say hello to Ana Moreira! Ana is dedicated to spreading hope. Her journey to helping others began as a Clinical Social Worker and she went on to become a Psychotherapist. Three years ago, she decided to become a trained hypnotherapist and one year ago, she began her private practice on Green Street. She said wants to help the people of her home town reconnect and lead a joyful life in the here and now. 
Ana attended schools in Florida and attend graduate school at the University of Geogria. She now lives here in Hall County with her husband and young daughter. Learn more about Spero, her private practice, on her website https://speropsychotherapy.com.

Question: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
Answer: “We are all walking wounded. My life was touched and changed, and that inspired me to go to Grad School and help others.”
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Hall County?
A: “Avocados. I love the brie and apple sandwich.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be? And why?
A: “Argentina. I have family I would like to visit there.”
Q: What former/current local business makes you the most nostalgic about Hall County?
A: “The Chestatee Library.”
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: “’Batman,’ with Michael Keaton.”
Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?
A: “Stop waiting to live the life you want to live. You can build the life you love right now.”
Q: What is your favorite music/three bands you would like to see (dead or alive)?
A: “Nina Simone, for sure, The Allman Brothers, and Vasser Blondes.”
Q:  Who is someone interesting that you have met here in Hall County?
A:  “Rosemary Dodd and Myrtle Figueras-I could listen to her speak French all day.”
Q: Choosing anyone, non-relative: with whom would you love to have lunch?
A: “Alexander Hamilton. I’d like to take him to HOPS Kitchen.”
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: “To have a bucket list. ”
Q: What is your favorite thing about Hall County?
A: “You run into people you know everywhere.”
Q: Where do you see yourself in five or 10 years?
A: “Having a thriving practice, traveling and having a joyful life.”
Q: What is something interesting that most people don’t know about you?
A: “I went on tour with Paul McCartney in 2005.”
Q: What three words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
A: “Family, Love, Safety.”
Q: If you were cast into a major motion picture and had your choice of anyone to be your co-star, who would you choose?
A: “Jason Momoa”
Q: If you had a full time staff member that was fully paid for, who would you choose? A Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Coach, Physical Fitness Trainer, or Nanny?
A: “A chef.”
