My name is Brad Abernathy. I am a Realtor. I believe our community is one the absolute best places in the world to live, work, retire, and call home. I started this community project in 2015 to celebrate our community through the people here.

I led the Abernathy Cochran Group for many years and in the summer of 2025 we started NEXT BOULEVARD Real Estate. We are here to serve our clients and this community with the best service available.
