What High School do you attend?
Gainesville High School.
Please tell us a little bit about your family.
My parents are Tina and Tim Roberts. I also have a younger brother, Ames. My parents used to own Two Dog Restaurant before deciding to sell the business and retire in December of last year!
What are your plans after graduation?
After graduation, I plan to attend Appalachian State University in the Fall to double major in communications and theater. I am very excited.
What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
I would say 2 Dog, but now Consuelo.
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
I have always wanted to visit Iceland! I love the scenery and would love to go hiking and explore the country’s natural beauty.
What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
One of my favorite movies is “Hunger Games: Catching Fire.” My favorite TV show is “New Girl.”
If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
I would tell younger students to find something they love doing and to stick with it. For me, that was theater, but it could be a sport, job, club, or art. High school can be such a fulfilling experience if you find your niche, your people, and something you’re passionate about.
If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
I would choose to be in “New Girl” because it’s my favorite show.
If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
I would choose Ottessa Moshfegh because she is my favorite author. I would take her to Sweet Magnolias.
What is your favorite thing about our community?
My favorite thing about our community is the support and love that is consitently shown. I love that Gainesville, despite its size, still has that small town feel. Everyone is supportive and kind to one another which makes it such a great place to live!
Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
In five to 10 years, I hope to be working within the buisness/production side of the theater industry, hopefully living somewhere that I love!
What is something on your bucket list?
Visiting Glacier National Park.
What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
My go to band would be the Wallows. My go to singer is definitely Taylor Swift.
Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
My favorite month is October, and my favorite Holiday is Halloween. I love fall and the festivities of Halloween!

Sleeping in.
Who inspires you to be better?
My parents. They always push me to be the best I can.
