Meet Holli Howard! Holli is a Work-Based Learning Coordinator at Chestatee High School and loves her job! She graduated from the University of North Georgia and received her masters degree at University of Georgia. She has lived in Hall County for almost her whole life and loves doing things outdoors.

“I love that Hall County is a short distance from Atlanta, Athens, and the mountains. I also love living on Lake Lanier because I really love being outdoors. All the recent activities that are being hosted on the square also make Hall County a great place to live,” Holli said.
We want to thank Holli Howard for taking the time to sit down with our Chestatee intern Courtney Watson and tell us more about her life and love for Hall County.
Question: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
Answer: “I had a teacher that inspired me in high school in the career area of marketing. I went to school to study marketing and psychology. After spending a couple years working in the industry, I was presented the opportunity to teach marketing. I taught marketing for about three years before I became the Work-Based Learning coordinator at Chestatee. I love what I am doing because I am able to help students explore their career interest prior to deciding on post-secondary pathway. I am most proud when I see students decide not only what they want to pursue but also what they don’t want to pursue as a career. Every student is different and I love the challenge of working with business and industry to prepare our future workforce in Hall County.”
