Meet Turner Edmondson! Turner is a recent Gainesville High School graduate and will attend Georgia College in the fall.
Question: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Answer: “My parents are Mike and Ashley Edmondson. I have three half sisters; Haley, Ashley and Kelsey.”
Q: What are your plans after graduation?
A: “I will be attending Georgia College in the fall.”
Q: What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
A: “La Parilla and Mellow Mushroom.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: “The Seychelles Islands in the Indian Ocean. To sight fish for Giant Trevally!”
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
A: “‘Ozark.'”
Q: If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
A: “Work hard. Every class matters.”
Q: If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
A: “‘Outer Banks.'”
Q: If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
A: “Tiger Woods at Augusta National to talk golf.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about our community?
A: “The people.”
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
A: “Living at the beach.”
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: “Win the Golf State Championship this year.”
Q: What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
A: “Riley Green.”
Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
A: “May – because of the good fishing. Christmas is my favorite. And June 21 is the best day because it is my mom’s birthday and the longest day of the year!”
Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
A: “Catching a double digit bass.”
Q: Who inspires you to be better?
A: “My mom because she always pushes me do my best!”
