Meet Salvatore Sengson! Salvatore is a senior at Flowery Branch High School and plans to attend the University of Georgia in the fall.
Please tell us a little bit about your family.
“I am one of five siblings. My parents are from up north and my father is in finance and my mother is in real estate. We enjoy traveling to the beach and is always in the kitchen.”
What are your plans after graduation?
“I plan to transfer into the University of Georgia to pursue a business degree.”
What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
“Chick-fil-a and Sushi Heeya.”
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
“I would travel to an exotic beach because that is my favorite thing to do and I love the sun.”
What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
“I enjoy ‘Ozark’ and if I am ever really watching tv, it’s just sports mainly.”
If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
“I would say to really focus on your studies and just get the work assigned to you finished. It teaches you more than just the subject your learning. It teaches hard work and to finish what you start.”
If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
“I would cast myself into a travel TV show so I can travel and try all the different things in different locations and especially different cuisines.”
If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
“I would choose to have lunch with Harrison Carter because it will always be a good laugh and we would meet at Shogun Hibachi and Grill.”
What is your favorite thing about our community?
“My favorite thing about the community is the love of sports and how dedicated people are.”
Where do you see yourself in five to 10 years?
“I see my self with a family traveling on vacations and spending time with the people I care about.”
What is something on your bucket list?
“Skydiving.”
What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
“Drake.”
Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
“My favorite month is June because of the sun and being the middle of summer. My favorite holiday is Christmas because I like to give gifts. The best single day on the calendar is Feb. 22.”

“Chick-fil-A.”
What is something you want to do as soon as this pandemic is finished?
“Go to the movies.”
