Veteran insurance agent and business owner R. Stacy Davis has joined The Norton Agency’s Insurance Division after a 22 year career with Allstate. He will be located at the Agency’s main office at 434 Green Street and will be handling the business and personal insurance needs for residents and business owners of Hall County and surrounding areas.
