Pepe and Abigail are doing it again! The couple is bringing a fresh new concept to the downtown Gainesville square.
“We listened to our community and decided we would open our second restaurant,” Abigail said.
Centro Gainesville Eatery will offer healthy options like wraps, salads, and bowls while still maintaining the flavor the couple is know for. The Beer Station will serve local brewed beer and wine; all set in a modern, aesthetic, quick service concept.
Centro is set to open in July and their hours will be Monday through Sunday.
“Centro means Downtown in Spanish, we added GVL Eatery to our name and logo because we are doing this for our community. Centro is for Gainesville,” Pepe said.
Pepe and Abigail opened Consuelo on Bradford St. almost two years ago.
