With 40+ years in residential real estate, Regina Cochran has guided generations of Hall County buyers and sellers through changing markets with steadiness, kindness, and deep local insight. She especially loves helping first-time buyers achieve the dream of homeownership—and she never stops learning new ways to serve a diverse community.

Regina’s roots run wide here: her husband has devoted his career to building affordable homes for Hall County, and their daughters, Christina and Julie, are raising families locally. She’s a proud grandmother to two boys—one a senior at Lakeview Academy and the other beginning his college journey at Auburn.

Away from work, Regina finds beauty everywhere—from the wild sweep of the Serengeti to April’s first blooms. She’s currently reading Gratitude: A Way of Life, queues up Willie Nelson or Creedence when she can’t decide what to play, and unwinds with classic feel-good films like Out of Africa and Pretty Woman. Given two extra hours a day, she’d spend them quietly doing something special for unsuspecting people—“a good fairy lady,” as she puts it. If her life were a movie, she’d happily be portrayed by Diane Keaton or Meryl Streep.

Robert is a fourth generation Gainesville resident with 15 years experience in real estate. His deep knowledge of the area, sense of humor, and interpersonal skills are qualities that are sure to help you find your dream home.

Ricky grew up in Hall County and loves it here. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married for 30 years as of this December and they have one daughter, Rachel. Ricky has been a full-time Realtor since 1999. When he isn’t selling homes you might find him with a golf club, bow and arrow, or fishing pole.

John has always had the bug for houses, remodeling, and seeing the creative things that builders/designers have done. John has owned many of his own houses that he and his wife remodeled, and he has also been involved in flipping several houses. Over the years John has lived vicariously through his friend and veteran realtor, Brad Abernathy. John has watched him help others buy and sell houses. John finally took the leap and got his real estate license.

Rosemary is the steady hand that keeps Next Boulevard running smoothly. With 13 years in real estate operations, she wears the many hats of office manager with calm efficiency: organizing systems, supporting agents, and removing friction so clients and teammates have a stress-free experience. An early riser who believes in moving daily (and not rushing), she brings a grounded, can-do energy to every project, even filing.

At home, Rosemary’s world revolves around her son, Grady, and their three sweet dogs—Lizzy, Farmer, and Buck—plus a close circle of family and friends. She loves a good rewatch of The Office, counts Jackie Brown among her favorite films, and turns up Rainbow Kitten Surprise on road trips. She fell for the blue-sky beauty of Emerald Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park and has a travel wish list that includes Cambodia and Angkor Wat. December is her month, Christmas her holiday, and Grady’s birthday her favorite day of the year. Ask her what’s a perfect 10? Remembering when he used to call s’mores “Smorfs.” If her life were a movie, Kathryn Hahn would get the role.
