Meet Alex Covera! Alex is a chef at Little Italy Pizzeria in Flowery Branch and his specialty is Chicken Marsala. He has been a chef for 10 years and said he’s always dreamed of being a chef. If you visit Little Italy soon, Alex suggests trying the Chicken Alfredo Pizza with bacon!

Answer: “I’m married to my high school sweetheart, we are trying to start a family soon. Making pizza and Italian entrees is what I do for fun.”

A: “Being a chef is what I always dreamed of being.”

A: “El Salvador to see family.”

A: “Love life to the fullest, dream big.”
