Meet Anna Catherine Brewer! Anna Catherine is a senior at North Hall High School and she plans to attend Georgia Tech in the fall. Her parents are Stephen and Laura Brewer.
Please tell us a little bit about your family.
“My mom Laura Brewer teaches second grade at Enota Elementary school and my dad Stephen Brewer works at United Community Bank.”
What are your plans after graduation?
“To attend Georgia Tech and major in Mechanical Engineering.”
What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
“Bluefin and Mellow Mushroom.”
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
“I would travel to Greece just because my favorite movie ‘Mamma Mia’ takes place there.”
What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
“‘That 70s show.'”
If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
“Don’t be afraid to be yourself, and don’t ever change yourself for another person.”
If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
“‘Gossip Girl’ because I’d love to live in NYC.”
If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
“I would have lunch with Taylor Swift because I’ve been a fan of hers for as long as I can remember and I would take her to the Collegiate Grill because I feel like she would love their milkshakes.”
What is your favorite thing about our community?
“The close knit relationships we all have with each other.”
Where do you see yourself in five to 10 years?
“Probably in Medical school or another form of graduate school.”
What is something on your bucket list?
“To go skydiving.”
What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
“Taylor Swift- because she has songs for every possible mood you could be in.”
Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
“December because I love cold weather and we get a nice break from school, my favorite holiday is Christmas because I get to see family that I wouldn’t get to see otherwise, and this year my favorite single day is May 14th because I am counting down the days till graduation!”

“Mellow Mushroom Pretzel Bites.”
What is something you want to do as soon as this pandemic is finished?
“Travel outside of the U.S.”

“Definitely my closest friends!”
