Meet Jackson Still! Jackson is a senior at Gainesville High School. His parents are Blue and Erin Still and he has one brother, Ben. After high school he plans to intern at Carroll Daniel Construction.

Please tell us a little bit about your family.
“My parents are Blue and Erin still. My brother is Ben Still.”

What are your plans after graduation?
“I hope to get my construction management degree through the intern program at Carroll Daniel Construction.”

What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
“El Maguey and Longstreet.”

If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
“Hawaii, has always been a dream vacation.”

What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
“‘Sandlot’ and Family Feud.”

If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
“Be a leader.”

If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
“‘Yellowstone.'”

If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
“My grandfather (Bimbo Brewer), to have one more discussion and meal with him at his favorite spot, The Ccollegiate.”

What is your favorite thing about our community?
“All the Gainesville traditions.”

Where do you see yourself in 5 to 10 years?
“Hopefully settled into my career of choice construction management.”

What is something on your bucket list?
“To attend an MLB World Series game.”

What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
“Country artist Riley Greene.”

“Month-December, Holiday-forth of July, May 1st-my birthday.”

“My 18th birthday.”

What is something you want to do as soon as this pandemic is finished?
“Go to a MLB game.”

“My mom.”
