My name is Brad Abernathy. I believe our community is one of the absolute best places in the world to live, work, retire, and call home. I started this project in 2015 to celebrate our community through the people here — because a place is really just its people.

I have spent 32 years here building a local real estate business and in the summer of 2025, I started Next Boulevard Real Estate.
