Meet Lauren Alexandra Holland! Lauren recently graduated from North Hall High School. She plans to attend Berry College in the fall. We want to congratulate Lauren and her family on her upcoming graduation and best wishes in the future.

Question: Please tell us a little bit about your family.
Answer: “My mom, Vicki Holland, works with Norton and rides horses with me and my dad works with collision avoidance systems.”

Q: What are your plans after graduation?
A: “I am attending Berry College on a pre vet track to become a small animal veterinarian.”

Q: What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
A: “Texas Roadhouse & Moe’s.”

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: “Fort Lauderdale, Fla. to see my uncle as I was going to see him on spring break but the virus ruined the trip.”

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
A: “’Grey’s Anatomy,’ ‘Heartland,’ & ‘Outer Banks.’”

Q: If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
A: “To have fun when your there and not take things to heavily.”

Q: If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
A: “’Heartland.’”

Q: If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
A: “Pueblos and my grandparents because we can’t properly see each other right now with the pandemic.”

Q: What is your favorite thing about our community?
A: “How many opportunities there are.”

Q: Where do you see yourself in five to 10 years?
A: “Practicing veterinary medicine and riding horses.”

Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: “To go to the Caribbean.”

Q: What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
A: “Little Big Town.”

Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
A: “July, Christmas, July 4.”

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
A: “Good attitude, good morals, just an positive thing all around.”

Q: What is something you want to do as soon as the pandemic is over?
A: “Go to the beach with my friends and see my uncles.”

Q: Who inspires you to be better?
A: “Dr. Susan Hanson – she has helped me a bunch with getting ready for vet school.”
