Mellow Mushroom Bruschetta
When you think of pizza in Gainesville, you probably think of Mellow Mushroom! Even though Mellow Mushroom is part of a large chain, each restaurant is unique, and the Gainesville Mellow Mushroom is no different!

For an appetizer, try the pretzels or pretzels bites! They are simply amazing, especially when paired with the Turbodog Beer Cheese! This dipping cheese has beer added and it delicious.
Unique pizza toppings, along with traditional toppings are Mellow Mushroom’s specialty.
Any one of Mellow Mushroom pizzas are great but for something a little different, try the Maui Wowie, which is a pesto based pizza topped with ham, pineapple, jerk chicken, banana peppers, Applewood smoked bacon and mozzarella cheese. Or the Thai Dye that is topped with curry chicken, Roma tomatoes, onions, mozzarella cheese, cucumbers, basil and Thai chili sauce!
