Lee Wagner has lived in Hall County for 25 years and is originally from Stone Mountain. Lee is a Georgia Tech graduate, husband, father of three daughters and a local business owner.
His company, R.L. Wagner Custom Homes, is now one of the largest area franchise owners of Arthur Rutenberg Homes. His company specializes in 3D architectural design and construction of residential and commercial buildings. Their 3D planning and virtual reality allow them to calculate materials for construction with precision and allow their clients to see and experience the new home before construction even begins. This company guarantees the initial contract price will be final price – which is a game changer!
