Meet Chad Shore! Chad is a local artist and longtime Gainesville resident. His work has been featured in numerous exhibitions, fashion shows and magazines. Chad uses a variety of mediums in his artwork.
On May 6, he and his art will be at the Vision 2030 Public Art block pARTy at Midland Social. The party is a fundraiser for Vision 2030 Public Art, where Shore serves on the board. He also will be screen printing limited edition T-shirts on site. Check out his website: www.chadshore.com

Question: What inspired you or led you to your current career?
Answer: ‘Complete Freedom.”
Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Hall County, and what do you love there?
A: “Ramen Burrito, Inked Pig.”
Q: How long have you lived or worked in Hall County?
A: “Worked 21 years.”
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met in Hall County and why?
A: “Brad Abernathy.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: “Monaco.”
Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
A: “Yellowstone.”
Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?
A: “Always move forward.”
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: “Paint the worlds largest American Flag.”
Q: And, what is something you have been proud to check off your bucket list?
A: “Traveled over 100 countries and I have a lot more to go.”
Q: Choosing anyone (past or present and a non-relative), with whom would you love to have lunch? And where locally would you have this lunch?
A: “I would take Angela Shepard to the Inked Pig.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about Hall County?
A: “The growth, I wish there were more lake restaurants.”
Q: Where do you see yourself in five or 10 years?
A: “Painting murals globally.”

A: “Jericoacoara, Brazil.”

A: “Feb. 24, because it’s my birthday.”
