Meet MaryWynn and Sally Brannon. The MaryWynn and Sally are twins and will attend Brenau University in the fall to play tennis. Their parents are Dave and Tammy Brannon. We want to congratulate MaryWynn and Sally on their graduation and best wishes in all of your future endeavors!

Question: What are your plans after graduation?
Answer: M: “I have committed to play tennis at Brenau University. I am going to major in exercise science/ pre-physical therapy.”
S: “I have committed to play tennis for Brenau University!! I will be pursuing a degree in Exercise Science/ PrePhysical Therapy. Everyone should come watch Brenau tennis play in the fall/ spring!”

Q: What are two of your favorite restaurants in our community?
A: M: “Mellow Mushroom and the Chattahoochee Country Club Grill. At Mellow Mushroom, I absolutely love their Greek salad and house pizza. At the CCC Grill, I love their mouth watering filet mignon and wedge salad.”
S: “Mellow Mushroom and Johnny’s BBQ… The Greek salad/ cheese pizza at Mellow Mushroom and the yummy
fries at Johnny’s BBQ are the best!”

Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be and why?
A: M: “I would love to travel to London, England and watch Wimbledon!”
S: “I would travel to Paris to watch the French Open, see the Eiffel Tower, and ride bikes around the city!”

Q: What is one of your favorite movies? TV shows?
A: M: “I love to watch Hallmark Mystery movies and to watch any kind of professional tennis tournament on the Tennis Channel… especially the Grand Slams!”
S: “Hallmark Movies and Mysteries!”

Q: If you were asked to give advice to your senior class and the younger students at your school, what would you say?
A: M: “I would say to all the seniors and the younger students to stay positive and know that God’s plan for every generation is perfect. Things may have turned out differently for this school year, but we will all be better and stronger at the end of the pandemic.”
S: “Always live every moment to the fullest and cherish everything God has given you!”

Q: If you were able to be cast as yourself into a television show or series, what show would you want to be in?
A: M: “I would love to be in a Hallmark Mystery movie. I think it would be really fun to act like a real detective and solve a tricky mystery!”
S: “Definitely ‘The Voice,’ but the problem is, I can’t sing!”

Q: If you could choose anyone to have lunch with, who would you choose? Why? And where, locally, would you meet for this lunch?
A: M: “Rafa Nadal… one of the best tennis players of all time! I would get takeout from Mellow Mushroom and head to the courts for some tennis!”
S: “I would have lunch with Roger Federer at Mellow Mushroom! He is a tennis legend and hopefully he would
give me some tips to apply to my tennis game.”

Q: What is your favorite thing about our community?
A: M: “I love how our community connects people to each other, creating a cozy and family oriented atmosphere.”
S: “The friendly and Southern hospitality is what makes Hall County very special.”

Q: Where do you see yourself in five to 10 years?
A: M: “After I complete my undergrad at Brenau University, I see myself attending Physical Therapy school.”
S: “My goal is to pursue a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. I see myself in 10 years being a PT for professional athletes, a professional sports team, or with kids.”

Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: M: “I really want to go and watch the Australian Open, Wimbledon, and Roland Garros! I have already been to New York to watch the US Open so I have three more grand slams to go.”
S: “I would love to attend the French Open, Australian Open, and Wimbledon.”

Q: What is your go to band / singer when you cant decide what to listen to?
A: M: “‘For King & Country.'”
S: “Any kind of Christian music or a good pump up workout playlist.”

Q: Favorite month? favorite holiday? and best single day on the calendar?
A: M: “My favorite month is July… I love the warm summer days by the pool and the good sweats on the tennis court! My favorite holiday is Christmas, and my best single day on the calendar is my shared birthday with my twin!

Q: What would you rate a 10 out of 10?
A: M: “My homemade cheesecake! It is sooooo good!”
S: “A good workout/ tennis practice on a warm morning or spending quality time with family.”

Q: What is something you want to do as soon as this pandemic is finished?
A: M: “Spend time with friends and travel!”
S: “Go to the beach!”

Q: Who inspires you to be better?
A: M: “My parents inspire me tremendously in every aspect of my life! They have taught me to put God first, serve others, work hard at every task, and be dedicated toward my dreams and passions”
S: “My whole family inspires me to be better in every aspect of my life.”
