Fox Gradin is hands down one of the most interesting members of the Hall County community. Not many people can say that they are a professional clown, artist, belly dancer, camp director, owns Celestial Studios photography, a teacher and the Art in the Square festival director.
Gradin is very active in the art community in Gainesville and is a staple at the Quinlan Visual Arts Center.
Gradin lives in Gainesville with her husband and three children. She loves to dine at Avocados on the square and one of her best friends
Gradin and her husband, Olaf, are Celtic enthusiasts and participate in local drum circles. As a family they love to hike and camp, frequent theater performances and attend live music shows.
Fox takes every day as a gift after she went through a terrible illness a few years ago. Her words of encouragement to others is this, “I would ask them to really look at the other people in the crowd, not just look at them as a person but a potential friend, love of your life, someone to help you out of your darkest time. Introduce yourself to them…Stop assuming and get to know.”
