Hall County Commissioner Jeff Stowe is a Hall County native, who graduated from Gainesville High School in 1985 and attendedĀ the University of Western Carolina.
Jeff is the father of four; Katie Stowe, Taylor Stowe, Ally Roberts, and Bo Roberts and is married to Jennifer. He says āI came back to Gainesville and Hall County because I love it here.ā Jeff, an insurance agent with The Norton Agency, has spent a total of 37 years in the area.
Jeff is a very big supporter of Gainesville High athletics and loves to play golf.
āHe is one of the most friendly and competitive people you will ever meet,ā saidĀ Brad Abernathy.
Recently, we caught up with Jeff to ask him about the area and his interests.
Question: If you could go on any trip in the world right now, where would you go?
Answer:Ā “Playa Del Carmen.”
Q: If you could see anybody (past or present) at a musical concert, who would be your top five?
A:Ā “Zac Brown Band, Shania Twain, AC/DC, Madonna and Maroon 5.”
Q: What is one of your favorite restaurants in Hall County?
A:Ā “Recess on the Gainesville square.”
Q:Ā “What is your favorite movie?”
A:Ā “Top Gun.”
Q: Who is the most interesting person youāve met while living here?
A:Ā “Governor Nathan Deal.”
Q: If you could give a piece of advice to a crowd of people right now, what would you say?
A: āTreat others as youād like to be treated.ā
Q: When have you felt the most satisfied in your life?
A: āWhen my first child was born.ā
