Meet Chad Paul. Chad is the oldest of three siblings. He has a sister and a brother and he is originally from Jacksonville, FL. Chad is an IT Consultant for InertiaLegal here in Gainesville. Chad and I have run into each other many times around the Gainesville square. I caught up with him for this interview at Inman Perk.

Q: What is your favorite restaurant in Hall County?
A: “Atlas Pizza. I love their Buffalo Chicken Pizza.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would it be? And why?
A: “Greece. I have some family there and I would love to track them down.”
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: “Baby Driver. I was filmed in Atlanta.”
Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?
A: “Do not take anything at face value. Do your research before you take a stand behind something.”
Q: What is your favorite music/ 3 bands you would like to see (dead or alive)?
A: “I’d love to see Led Zepplin, Queen, and AC/DC.”
Q: Who is one of the most interesting people you have met in Hall County?
A: “Josh Ivy. He is the 12Stone camps pastor in Flowery Branch.”
Q: Choosing anyone alive and a non-relative: with whom would you love
to have lunch?
A: “Jordan Peterson. He is a professor of psychology in Toronto, Canada. I’d take him to have lunch with him at 2Dog..”
Q: What is something on your bucket list?
A: “I want to skydive.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about Hall County?
A: “This community is the perfect size. It is not too big or too small. Its proximity to both Atlanta and the Blue Ridge Mountains is terrific.”
Q: What former local business makes you the most nostalgic about Hall County?
A: “We had a long discussion about how we both already miss Midland Station a great deal!”
Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years?
A: “I’ll be here with a family. I will be a better version of myself.”
Q: What 3 words or phrases come to mind when you think of the word HOME?
A: “Comfort, Family, Community.”
Q: Who would you like to see nominated for this project, The Faces of Hall County?
A: “Myles Willman. He was the chef at Midland Station.”
Q: If you were cast into a major motion picture and had your choice of anyone to be your co-star, who would you choose?
A: “Keanu Reeves.”
Q: If you had a full time staff member that was fully paid for, who would you choose? A Chef, Housekeeper, Driver, Coach, Physical Fitness Trainer, or Nanny?
A: “A Physical Fitness Trainer.”
