Meet John Pace, a big city man that now calls Gainesville his home. Pace is a man that appreciates film and music…specifically along the lines of The Culture Club and ELO.
Pace is the Chief Financial Officer of The Norton Agency and has lived in the area for 10 years.
Sticking to his Chicago roots, his favorite restaurant to frequent in Gainesville is Cosa Nostra Italian Kitchen.
Pace said that he has met some interesting personalities in Gainesville over the years, one being Frank Henry, a local CPA.
“He is the nicest person I know. When we go out to dinner everyone knows him and wants to speak to him,” Pace said. “Second, Frank Norton Jr. because of the presence he demands when he walks in the room. People are naturally drawn to him. A trait that not all possess.”
Pace is an active moviegoer, enjoys the outdoors and the arts. He frequently can be found playing racquetball and acting with the Holly Theatre in Dahlonega.
Pace believes that it is important to live in the moment and live each day to the fullest.
“Live your life as if every day was your last day. Don’t take for granted your family and the things life has given you and relax,” he said.
