
Megan, a lifelong resident of Hall County, was in the first graduating class at Flowery Branch High School.
She said she is fully invested in her relationships, making quality time with her husband a top priority. “Love more, give more, serve more,” she said.
Recently, we caught up with Megan to ask her questions about her life, interests and love for Hall County to share with fellow members of our community.
Question: What is your profession?
Answer: “Vice President of Membership Development for the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce.”
Q: If you could only eat at one place for an entire week in Hall County, where would it be?
A: “Avocados.”
Q: What former local business makes you the most nostalgic about Hall County?
A: “Johnson & Johnson. My granddaddy worked there. Also, Warren Featherbone.”
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met in Hall County?
A: “My parents. They’re awesome. My dad is a cancer survivor and my mom is such a caregiver. They are fun and so encouraging.”
Q: If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go?
A: “Colorado skiing. We spent time in Steamboat this winter. It’s like a whole different world there.”
Q: When have your felt the most satisfied in your life?
A: “Right now.”
Q: What is your favorite social outing in Hall County?
A: “Community events, like the John Jarrard Concert. My job is watching and helping the community come together.”
Q: What is your favorite thing about Hall County?
A: “Community involvement. We have so many great leaders in our community. Everyone gives, serves and loves on each other.”
Q: What is your favorite movie?
A: “’Legally Blonde.’”
Q: What advice would you give a crowd of people?
A: “Someday is not a day. Do it now. Get it done.”
