Meet Frank Harney! Frank is the owner and operator of the Chick-fil-A at Stonebridge Village in Flowery Branch.

Harney has been living in Hall County for around 20 years now, and he never thought his life would lead him to working in the restaurant business.

Twenty-four years ago, when he saw the founder of Chick-fil-A, Truett Cathy, speak at a business conference, he was immediately inspired to change his career. Harney said that hearing him speak about “his passion for service, and caring about people and non-profits” launched him into his current career.

When asked what his favorite thing about Hall County is, Harney told a story about how he grew up in the rural town of Thomaston, Georgia, where everyone knew everyone but there weren’t many opportunities. He says that Hall County still has that “small town” feel, but it also has more opportunities with “great churches, great organizations, and great people.”

We recently sat down with Mr. Harney at his Chick-fil-A to discuss why he loves living and working in Hall County.
