Pam Ware is the drama teacher at Gainesville High School and is one of the most beloved teachers that has ever graced Hall County. Pam is not just the average theatre teacher, but a very successful one. She has won 8 state Pam Ware Finalchampionships and over 40 region titles.
She began teaching at GHS in 1973. Ware has been the mentor and instructor for many drama students that have gone on to the big screen, Broadway and even singing in Nashville.
She is a lover of the area’s eateries and beautiful vistas. For example, she said her favorite restaurants are Luna’s or Poor Richard’s.
Recently we talked to Pam and found out a little more about her likes, interests and favorite spots in Gainesville:
Question: Favorite spot in Hall County?
Answer:  “Any place with sunshine, breeze and with flowers.
Q: What song reminds you most of Hall County?
A: “Chicken Fried “ by Zac Brown Band.
Q: If you could go on a trip anywhere in the world right now, where would it be?
A: Hawaii
 
Q: If you could give a crowd of people a piece of advice, what would you say?
A: “Be your own person, stay positive, soak up every second of everyday to the fullest so you have no regret.
Q: When have you felt the most satisfied in your life?
A:“Anytime I see success and confidence in others– my family and drama family.”
Q: Favorite movie:
A: “Forrest Gump”
Q: Who is the most interesting person you’ve met while living here?
A: Nell Wiegand and Kayanne and Abit Massey.
Q: What’s your favorite activity to do in Hall County?
A: “The mountains and the lake. I love the outdoors…and (Gainesville) Parks and Rec. Summer Community Theatre.”
