Uno Mas Taqueria is the latest Mexican eatery to open in Gainesville and Monday April 23 is their official grand opening! David and Fany Carrillo are the owners of Uno Mas and the couple recently decided to open a Gainesville location after serving their authentic tacos, burritos and gorditas for eight years in Pendergrass.
At Uno Mas customers can create custom burritos, tacos, tortas, quesadillas and mulas; among other menu options.
Some exciting options at Uno Mas are a variety of fresh squeezed juices and breakfast burritos.
