Real Estate Market Report: August 16-31, 2016

My name is Brad Abernathy. I believe our community is one of the absolute best places in the world to live, work, retire, and call home. I started this project in 2015 to celebrate our community through the people here — because a place is really just its people.

I have spent 32 years here building a local real estate business and in the summer of 2025, I started Next Boulevard Real Estate. Real estate has made me an ambassador for our community every day — helping newcomers find their place here, the same way I hope this project helps the people already here feel truly known, and helps us all feel a little closer as a community. If I can ever help you or someone you love with a move, I’d be honored.”
