Chattahoochee Golf Club is the oldest golf course in Northeast Georgia and went under a complete renovation in 2006. During the renovation, new bunkers, new cart paths, added fenway drainage among other improvements; the course is now over 7,000 yards.
Hogan has had the chance over the years to meet professional golfers but two of his favorite golfers he’s met are Tommy Aaron, Gainesville native and Master’s Tournament winner, and golf legend Jack Nicklaus.
Beyond golfing, Hogan loves barbecue, especially Smokehouse BBQ in Oakwood and his favorite movie is “Oh Brother Where Art Thou.”
Hogan says he lives by this advice, “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
